Beer permits for retailers in the Town of Oneida are regulated by the Oneida Mayor and Board of Aldermen.

Permit holders are required to comply with legal statutes and ordinances governing beer sales in the State of Tennessee and the Town of Oneida.

By law, the Town of Oneida permits only the sale of beer, either for on-premises consumption or package sales. Liquor sales are prohibited. Sunday beer sales are prohibited.
