Oneida Water Department will begin its annual flushing of fire hydrants on Sunday night, April 24, 2022 at 8 p.m.  The process will begin in the Oneida City limits and continue at night until all lines in the system are flushed. Customers may notice periods of low water pressure or discolored water.  This should be temporary.  The discolored water is safe, but customers should use caution when doing laundry.

The purpose of the meeting is to present information on the completion of the Water System Improvements Project funded under the 2020 Community Development Block Grant Program.

Oneida Water Department will be installing a Main line zone meter near the Bear Creek Road on January 15th between the hours 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the Winfield area from Bear Creek rd. US 27 north to the state line and all side roads.

During this time you may experience lower pressures. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
