The Children’s Center of the Cumberlands is a child advocacy center serving abused and neglected children in Scott County.
The center relocated to its present location on Alberta Street in north Oneida in May 2010. The center has been used as a model for similar child advocacy centers in other East Tennessee communities.
Kellie Walker serves as executive director and several community leaders serve on the center’s Board of Directors, including Town of Oneida Mayor Jack E. Lay.
